Our honey comes from the diverse flora of the Pannonian Basin in Hungary.
Every country, every growing region, every farm and every honey has its own character. When you open a jar of freshly extracted Obenhof honey, it feels as though you can still smell the flowers.
We are fascinated by things that have come into being through respect for nature and traditions. And perhaps that is why we embrace them so wholeheartedly.
A selection of honeys, stirred to a smooth, creamy consistency
Our delicate, creamy sunflower cream honey and aromatic mixed-blossom honey capture the very best of summer. Thanks to a special blending process, any hard honey containing large crystals can be transformed into a creamy honey with very fine crystals.
Creaminess doesn't just change the texture – it transforms the whole taste experience. The honey tastes smoother, rounder and more intense, whilst each variety retains its own character.
Authentic Hungarian acacia honey
for the wholesale trade
Hungary is home to Europe's largest acacia forests, which provide an excellent source of nectar for bees. The high-quality, pure acacia honey is collected by the bees from the acacia blossoms in these vast, unspoilt forests.
We bottle our world-famous acacia honey to the highest standard so that you can enjoy its distinctive flavour and pleasant aroma for a long time to come. As an experienced honey producer, we offer flexible bottling quantities in jars or squeeze bottles.
